Located in this heart of India’s technology region, the retail mall at OMR is planned around the youthful demographic of the surrounding I.T. community. The high-tech 20 meter high by 35 meter wide LED entrance block acts as a lantern turning the limitation of the narrow site frontage into a powerful statement as it heralds cars and pedestrians to pause and explore its unique shopping experience. The design was led by Dmytriy Pereklita at Design International, and included the architectural concept and schematic design, and the retail mall interior design.
