dkstudio was appointed to reimagine this condo project that was previously designed and built to the foundation level yet stalled for a few years and sold off to another developer.  Working with the approved footprint, foundations and overall envelope, our design approach was to reinvigorate the building design both inside and out to better resonate with the film studio character of the immediate neighbourhood. The result was a loft type studio apartment design that featured industrial materials, large factory style windows with splashes of intense colour to energize this up and coming corner of the city.
